Our Story

At Len Pierre Consulting, we know that decolonization is possible. As organizations across Canada and beyond respond to the UN Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), the Truth & Reconciliation Commission of Canada (TRC) Calls to Action and other critical guidance, we see amazing work happening to advance decolonization, reconciliation, cultural safety and anti-racism across every corner of society.

This work is not easy, but it is happening. We are here to walk alongside organizations of all types on this important journey towards reconciliation and decolonization.  We create safe spaces for professionals and organizations to undergo this transformative work.

"There are moments in our collective work when we have the privilege of standing alongside once-in-a-lifetime leaders who truly redefine what is possible. Len, Malissa, and the exceptional team at LPC Consulting are such leaders—visionaries who have not only shared their profound expertise but have also fundamentally shaped the landscape of anti-racism and cultural humility education within complex health systems.

Through a thoughtfully designed, cascading learning collaborative, they have equipped our multi-portfolio cohort with the knowledge, skills, and courage needed to advance transformational change. Their approach is deeply rooted in reciprocity, ensuring that Indigenous-led learning is not just an intellectual exercise but an ongoing commitment to justice and equity for the people we serve.

LPC Consulting has set a new gold standard in trauma-informed education, system transformation, and reciprocal leadership. Their work-centred approach of “don’t be stingy with your teachings” embodies a spirit of generosity and unwavering dedication—values that will continue to inspire our work for years to come. We are profoundly grateful for their leadership, and we wholeheartedly encourage others to engage with them as trusted partners in this critical work"
